The main objective is to increase the absolute and relative sensitivity of the search and research of objects of low-frequency (8-80 MHz) of cosmic radio emission due to the introduction of a new methodology based on the parallel-sequential use of multipositional (more than 10 spaced antenna modules), over-bandwidths (over 10 MHz), long-term (over 100 hours), multi-day (over 15 sessions), noise immunity (dynamic range greater than 90 dB), two-polarization observations that will detect to go and explore new astrophysical phenomena and objects in the universe.
