The purpose of the project is to develop a parametric basis for the gradual transition of mines from coal as the energy source to a system of innovative geothermal modules for the rational use of the renewable thermal resource of the mined out rocks and mine waters with ensuring hydraulic and water safety of surrounding areas based on the study of geotechnological and hydrogeological conditions of closed mines.
