The aim of the work is to develop a new methodological approach to visualization in the substantiation of decision methods at all stages of the life cycle of research. This approach should make it possible to use the spatial and figurative type of thinking of the researcher in the analysis of scientific data. The development and complexity of these methods, as well as the expansion of the class of problems for which they are used, make it important to further develop their scientific and engineering foundations. Development of methodological support and information support for the implementation of tasks for the visualization of the processes of organization, preparation and conduct of research in the field of medicine and ecology.
