The purpose of the scientific research is a comprehensive analysis of crime, in particular in the field of economic activity, clarification of its criminal law, criminological and penitentiary characteristics, personality studies criminal, establishing the determinants of crime and developing a system of measures on its prevention, as well as identifying patterns of formation of state policy in the field of ensuring the relationship of lawmaking and enforcement, defining criteria for assessing the effectiveness of prevention crime, system analysis of criminal legislation and development scientifically substantiated proposals for its application, development of more perfect model of criminal law policy, taking into account modern advances in criminology and penal law.
