The aim of this work is a large-scale study of extended regions in Galaxy by observations of low-frequency carbon radio recombination lines at UTR-2 and GURT radio telescopes. Detection of these lines from regions at high galactic latitudes will be able to confirm the assumption about association of regions of low-frequency carbon radio recombination lines formation with diffuse atomic hydrogen HI, which is the widespread component of Galaxy.
