Increasing the effectiveness of diagnosis and treatment of mental illnesses, such as acute reaction to stress, post-traumatic stress disorder, and schizophrenia in the acute period of the development of these disorders, as well as in the remote period in civilians and military personnel and the existing possible concomitant pathology, which will allow to develop and implement the concept of a differentiated approach to predicting the course, choosing new approaches to non-drug and drug therapy and prevention of complications.
