Тo establish general regularities and regional features of physical and chemical transformations of soils in modern conditions of intensive agriculture and urbanization processes based on indicators of fertility; to determine the ways of effective use of soils and assessment of the degree of their ecological stability and to develop the recommendations for improving their ecological condition; to increase the productivity of agricultural crops by studying the structural indicators of yield and their correlational relationships; to determine the ecological status of water consumption in conditions of low water and pollution of water resources; to evaluate the effectiveness of the use of economic and mathematical modeling tools for conducting of monitoring of water resources and soils; to improve the ecological situation by creating models for assessing the level of complex use and protection of water resources and soils.
