The goal of the project is to update the national paradigm of economic security and formulate proposals for its adequate reflection in the legislative level. The updating of the national paradigm of ES is aimed not only at solving current tasks in the conditions of martial law and in the post-war period, but also should take into account the best experience of foreign countries regarding the legislative support of ES in the conditions of new threats and challenges.
