In the completed work done analytical evaluation of possible reduction of greenhouse gas emissions from the transfer of government and public sector consumption of existing LED lighting, including: • Analysis of the consumption of electricity • Analysis of greenhouse gases • calculation of the payback period of the project of replacing existing lighting LED without implementing emission reductions and taking into account the possible implementation of emission reductions under the Kyoto Protocol ..   To perform analytical and economic calculations, the calculation of the likely number of lamps in the public sector and utilities Ukraine. As a result of this work, we can conclude that mashtabne implementation of LEDs is effective energy saving measures.
