A thermodynamic analysis of the Gibbs energy dependence on temperature for hexafluorides rhenium, tungsten, tantalum pentafluoride and their alloys by reduction of molecular and atomic hydrogen gas phase and plasma chemical method. Found that the reaction of atomic hydrogen fluoride recovery occurs much more easily in comparison with the restoration of molecular hydrogen. Tungsten coatings obtained with a spherical structure, have a great temple mechanical capabilities in comparison with tungsten obtained deposition.
