The method of deposition of the non-aqueous solutions of diethylene glycol synthesized selfagglomeration's nanoscale particles of solid solutions based on zirconium oxide (ZrO2)0.8(Y2O3)0.07(CeO2)0.06, (ZrO2)0.8(Sc2O3)0.07(CeO2)0.06, which are characterized by oxygen conductivity, and solid solutions Ba(Zr0.8Y0.2)O3, Ba(Zr0.8Zn0.2)O3, Ba(Ce0.8Y0.2)O3 which are proton conductors. The features of the synthesis is shown that selfagglomeration nanoscale crystalline particles of two classes of materials are received at the temperature of 600°C, which is 200-400°C lower than in the synthesis of other methods, such as: sol- gel, precipitation from aqueous solutions, solid phase synthesis. Based on the obtained nanoparticles synthesized ceramic materials, their properties are studied and shown to be synthesized from nanosized ceramic particles are not inferior to those properties of the materials synthesized by other methods.
