A quality system, including scientific substantiation for the creation of The Dietary Additives, additional chapter to the National Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine, and conception of the improvement of the methods for the quality control of the pharmaceutical production has been elaborated in the Laboratory for Production Quality Control. Computer base on the active legislation of Ukraine, Russia, and the EC countries, regulating the rules of handling with the pharmaceutical production, dietary additives, and perfume-and-cosmetic production has been developed on the basis of 128 legislative documents. It gives a possibility to the controlling bodies to consider a production quality examination more reasonably. A personnel potential and methodical level of the laboratories for the production quality control of the pharmaceutical plants of Ukraine and geography of the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine was studied.
