Peculiarities of antitoxic effects of internal use of natural mineral waters of different composition were studied. Technology of differential balneologic detoxification therapy for patients with chronic pathology and dysfunctions of digestive organs with syndrome of endogenous intoxication of different levels was developed. Clinical effectiveness of these methods was testified.
