The dynamic behavior of the domain wall with a complex internal structure of a cylindrical magnetic domain formed in a uniaxial magnetic film is determined. The generation of vertical Bloch lines by an external magnetic field is possibility. The conditions for the implementation of this process is determined. It is established that the presence of a domain wall Bloch point counteracts the formation of Bloch lines. Investigated films based on Poly (N - vinylcarbazole) (PVСa) made by chemical vapor deposition, doping acceptor are organic or inorganic semiconductor compounds and gold. The gas-phase technology doping PVCa acceptor compounds, particularly C60, TNF (trinitrofluorenone ), CdSe, leads to the formation of efficient photoconductors. Сoncepts of enhanced corrosion-mechanical strength of structural materials at melting the surface nitrogen plasma different modes are investigated. The optimal mode of ion implantation of nitrogen, which provides education on the surface of the materials studied protective barrier layers. The estimation of the mechanisms of nitride phases formation by ion implantation with nitrogen.
