The aim of research work is development of theoretical and practical fundamentals of competitive marketing strategies forming at the trade enterprises of Consumer Cooperatives in Ukraine. To achieve this goal there were formed and completed the following tasks: substantiated scientific approaches for competitiveness understanding as the basis of forming the competitive marketing strategies of trade enterprises; defined the essence and peculiarities of competitive advantages of enterprises according to resource, comparative and value-competent approaches; researched methodic aspects of forming of Consumer Cooperatives trade enterprises competitive marketing strategies; completed diagnostics of economic portfolio of Consumer Cooperatives in Ukraine trade enterprises strategic situation; estimated competitiveness of cooperative trade enterprises; substantiated key aspects of marketing activity of Consumer Cooperatives in Ukraine trade enterprises; improved methodic approaches of competitive marketing strategies forming of Consumer Cooperatives trade enterprises. Object of research is the process of Consumer Cooperatives trade enterprises management. Subject of research is competitive marketing strategies forming of Consumer Cooperatives in Ukraine trade enterprises. Scientific novelty of received results is in theoretical substantiation and practical decision for number of questions of competitive marketing strategies forming of Consumer Cooperatives in Ukraine trade enterprises. Practical significance of the received results is in development of the recommendations for forming competitive marketing strategies at the enterprises of Consumer Cooperatives in Ukraine. Main scientific statements can be considered as methodical recommendations which can be used in practice of Consumer Cooperatives in Ukraine activities. Practical implementations of the research results favor to strengthening of market positions of Consumer Cooperatives in Ukraine trade enterprises, efficient using of their potential, increasing social and economic efficiency of activities. The results which have the most practical significance are: methodical approach for competitive marketing strategies forming at the Consumer Cooperatives trade enterprises in Ukraine; model of management of Consumer Cooperatives trade enterprises marketing activities; development of managing activities system for efficient forming the competitive marketing strategies of Consumer Cooperatives in Ukraine trade enterprises.
