The object of research: plant breeding and seed raising of winter wheat. The purpose of research: to breed a winter wheat variety for zone of Polissya and north Forest-steppe of Ukraine, competitive on the yield and quality of produktion, with higher resistant to the disadvantageous biotic and abiotic conditions of growing. Methods of research. Creating of the breeding material was conduct with the method of crossbreeding with drawing of the valuable forms. The breeding process was conduct with the "pedigree" method. The results and the novelty. There are winter wheat varieties Olgana, Epilogue and Kraevyd in the state investigation now. The crossbreeding was making and hybrid seeds were getting. In the other plant nurseries are conducted all planned observations, analyses and selections. For the 2012 yield are sown all plant nurseries, crops had a good state in the beginning of the winter.
