The purpose: to develop methods and equipment for hydrogenising by HCM layered InSe and GaSe crystals with the aim to study intercalation/deintercalation mechanisms of HCM and to investigate physico-chemical properties of a low-dimensional semi-conductor crystals intercalated by HCM with the purpose of their use in hydrogen power. Methods of research: electrochemical and natural intercalation of HCM, low-temperature spectral optical, energodispersion (EDХ), optic and electron-microscopy (SE, BSE) research. In job the results of optic- and electron-microscopy researches, as well as low-temperature optic-spectroscopy researches of layered semi-conductor crystals of group А3В6 sntercalated by hydrogen and HCM of water, toluene and alcohol are considered. Presence in crystals InSe and GaSe of two different types of conductivity causes that in a case of n-InSe intercalated by hydrogen or HCM results in amplification of radiative recombination of excitons under recombination of a free carriers, and in a case p-GaSe on a revolution to its easing. It is established, that layered crystals InSe and GaSe and their powders well accept as hydrogen and hydrogen containing molecules. Reusable cycles hydrogen intercalation deintercalation do not result in changes after deinterrcalation of physico-chemical properties of layered crystals. The various methods og intercalation of hydrogen and hydrogen containing molecules in layered crystals InSe and GaSe are investigated and the equipment for electrochemical intercalation of layered crystals is advanced. Is shown, that the mass part of hydrogen in HXGaSe intercalates at х=5.0 makes 3.3 % and is commensurable with mass part of hydrogen high pressure tanks. The various methods of hydrogen and hydrogen contain molecules intercalation in layered crystals are investigated and the equipment for electrochemical intercalation of layered crystals is advanced. Technology of the savings of hydrogen and its extraction from a layered crystal is not explosive in relation to its storage in high pressure tanks. The developed equipment is introduced in Chernovtsy branch of Institute of material science problems NAS of Ukraine. The results of researches of physic-chemical properties of layered crystals HCM intercalates also can be used at researches on safe production of slate gases and mine gas.
