Object of study - metal structures of buildings and constructions. Purpose of the work - development of theoretical basis for determining the residual life of objects long operation in corrosive environments for the implementation the calculations on the corrosion resistance and durability requirements for methods of limiting states. Research method - theoretical and experimental studies functioning of building structures in operation and during the reconstruction. Main results - improvement of protection of metal structures using valuation techniques of quality protective coating, improving management of technological safety in corrosive environments in enterprises, development of organizational measures and resource corrosion protection. Results of research work have been implemented in the educational-methodical process State Higher Educational Institution "PSTU".
