Investigated weight, size and thermal characteristics of electronic devices blocks with natural and forced air cooling. Model blocks with natural cooling perforations allow configuration and heat conduction through the fasteners PCB functional units. It is shown that the choice of printed circuit boards can be optimized mass units. Developed a technique to study the thermal characteristics of weight and size and that can be used when building blocks on the stage of conceptual design of electronic devices. Using techniques eliminates the long experimental research through the use of engineering analysis tools for the simulation of thermal regimes.
