The scientific ground of innovative technologies of fiber flax and hemp harvesting for fiber which are based on the use of agricultural technique of the general setting is carried out. The process of harvesting and preparation of layer of stems, geared-up and research is conducted from working off the developed technologies of fiber flax and hemp harvesting. The economic grounds of the developed technologies are conducted, that allowed to get the value of level of profitability of growing fiber flax and hemps with the use of the offered harvesting technologies.
