Improved results of treatment of patients with degenerative-dystrophic diseases of bones and joints, injuries of the musculoskeletal system and their consequences has been achieved through the development of new domestic joint endoprostheses, metal and methods reconstructive operations on the joints and bones, followed by complex rehabilitation. Using clinical, radiological, electrophysiological, biomechanical research methods and mathematical modeling has allowed to develop joint endoprostheses and design tools for osteosynthesis, which are the original author's innovation. Development and introduction into clinical practice of new and improved native hip implants, improved techniques of hip arthroplasty in case of complex deformations of hip, development of new steel constructures for osteosynthesis of fractures of ankle joint, introduction into clinical practice developed rehabilitation programs in patients with different pathologies of the musculoskeletal system, allowed to improve the recovery of limb function and treatment outcomes in patients with hip joint pathology and the consequences of ankle joint injuries, on average, 12,4-17,2%.
