The aim of the research is to study the structural organization, identification of indicators of the metabolic state of the femoral bones, the strength properties of the contact portion of bone with the introduction of titanium implants under the inflnence of low-intensity pulsed ultrasound vibrations of varying intensity applied on the third and seventh days after implantation. The object of research: the structural organization of the femurs with titanium implants after the effect of low-intensity pulsed ultrasound. The methods of research: morphological, morpho-metric, biochemical, biomechamical and statistical. Used equipment: Ultrasound therapy "UST-1.01" with iltrasonic radiation "ITB 0,88- 1,08 F" tendodinamometric sensor SBA-100L, microscopes "Micross", "Primo Star", microtome "Reichert". The result of the research was the development of the concept of optimizing bone regeneration under the influence of low-intencity pulsed ultrasound, wich allowed to shorten the term of repair and improve the characteristics of bone density in the area of administration of titanium implants. Sphere of application: traumatology and orthopedics, surgery, physiotherapy and resort therapy.
