The diagnostics of genetically determined diseases with different types of inheritance was improved. The DNA bank of patients and members of high risk families was updated up to 3000 samples. In order to improve the diagnostics and prognosis of hereditary diseases we determined the mutation variants in monogenic lesions genes (FGRF-3, CFTR, LCT, HFE, SMN1, distrophyne) and in genes, that determine susceptibility to multi-factor diseases. We also estimated the resulting clinical variants and risks of congenital malformation's appearance (MTHFR С677Т, MTHFR А1298C; MTRR A66G; МТR A2756G, TYMS; FVL, II (G20210A), PAI-1 (675 5G/4G), TaqІ and Apa I in gene VDR-3 of vitamin D3 receptor.
