An object of researches is a process of forming of the productivity of sowing of mustard and quality of seed depending on the elements of technology of till. Aim of researches - to set optimal correlation of doses of fertilizers, terms and methods of sowing, control of harmful organisms and work out ecologically-safe technologies of till mustards that will provide the productivity of 1,9-2,4 t/ga with maintenance of fat 29,0-48,0 % in the conditions of the unsteady moistening of zone of Forest-steppe. Methods of researches - mathematical, statistical, field, laboratory. Regional technology of growing of mustard with the productivity of 1,9 - 2,4 t/ga, exit of fat 0,57-0,91 tgha. Industry of application - economy with the different patterns of ownership of the Forest-steppe zone.
