A series of phosphorylated 1,4-benzodiazepine-2-ones has been synthesized. By condensation 5-aryl-3-hydroxy-1,2-dihydro-3H-1,4-benzodiazepine-2-ones obtained with the corresponding diphenylchlorophosphine 3-diphenyphosphineoxyde-1,2-dihydro-3H-1,4-benzodiazepine-2-ones, which occurs during heating Arbuzov rearrangement. 1-Propyl derivative standard rearrangement occurs to form the C-P bond in the third position of the 1,4-benzodiazepine geterotskla whereas Case 1-unsubstituted derivatives unusually it passes , to form products 3 - or 5-phosphorylated derivatives of 1,4-benzodiazepine-2-one, in which case there is migration of the double bond from the position 4-5 to the position 3-4.
