Realization of adjustments in a assessed value of a real estate objects is one of the most important procedures which correct implementation allows getting reliable conclusion as for the real worth of piece of the property. However, nowadays in Ukraine the methodology for providing the specification of this procedure realization is not available. This fact creates pre - conditions to breach of law in a real estate valuation. This advanced study gives recommendations as for the realization of adjustments procedure, certain and systematized adjustments for particular types of the real estate, specifies methods for deduction of adjustments and approximate size of adjustments. Conclusions are viewed as a mean of improvement of implementation quality of judicial examinations in a real estate valuation, evidence and validity of the conducted researches, reliability of the results got.5481
