The research object is the definition of the cost of road machines and mechanisms operation based on the calculation of 1 machine per hour. The objective is to develop average cost indicators of road machines and mechanisms operation in response to changes in prices for logistical, human resources and inclusion in the regulations of estimate standards for modern machines. The research method is collection and analysis of data provided by public and private enterprises-contractors in road sector on the costs incurred for the purchase of road machines and mechanisms, their maintenance (repair), cost of consumable materials; updating current prices for fuel and lubricants and human resources; monitoring changes in the regulatory basis of estimates.5481
