As a results we proved the role of inflammation in the destruction of the wall of the abdominal aorta and the leading role in the pathogenesis cyclophilin A in AAA and the structure of intraluminal thrombus and its effect on the progression of the destruction of the aneurysm wall. Based on the morphological studies data and literary analysis of sources developed pathogenesis of AAA, which has major importance inflammatory process and scientifically medical treatment of this pathology. Developed a standardized method of monitoring ascending aneurysm of the abdominal aorta with certain diagnostic value estimates of the aneurysm and thrombus intralyuminarnogo, CT for selecting treatment strategies and predicting the risk of rupture. Analyzed the frequency and extent of coronary and carotid arteries and their influence on the course and the final result of AAA treatment, on the basis of what is defined sequence for comorbidity developed and improved methods of atraumatic aneurysm resection of the abdominal aorta
