The object of study: level of functional fitness and its components of high qualification athletes. Objective: study of the role of antioxidant orientation not doping substances in improving functional fitness of high qualification athletes of different sex and sports specialization in different stages of the training process. Methods: a submaximal test PWC170, еchocardiography, ultrasound of the heart, test with reactive hyperemia, occlusion plethysmography, biochemical analysis, mathematical analysis. Theoretical and practical results, the novelty: new experimental data on the dynamics of the overall level of athletes' functional fitness and its individual components (total, speed-strength, speed endurance, anaerobic exchange threshold, reserve capacity of the system power supply of muscle activity, the overall metabolic capacity of the organism, lactate and alactate capacity, lactate and alactate power, maximal oxygen consumption, and others) under the influenced of antioxidant orientation not doping substances. It is shown that the development of remediation programs for athletes need to take into account features of the dynamics of their level of functional fitness, the nature of its relationship with the individual components of physical condition and contain not doping substances. Proved the possibility of application in the complex system plant adaptogen ecdysterone having antioxidant and ergogenic effect on the human body. Assessed the effectiveness of using this medication for correcting the level of functional fitness and functional state of high qualification 18-22 years old athletes. Scope of the work: the results can significantly optimize the biomedical maintenance training process of sportsmen of the top skills in various stages of training and competitive activities, in particular, contribute to a significant increase in functional fitness athletes in preparation for a competition and maintain the level of the integral index and the degree of overall fitness of the organism directly in the process of competitive activity; improves the results of athletes in various competitions of national and international level. Practical implementation of the project and implementation of the results obtained in the preparation of athletes of high qualification represent a new approach to solving the most actual problem in the field of high performance sport - ensuring a high level of functional fitness athletes of different sex and sports specialization in different stages of their educational-training process. Developed a computer diagnostic program rapid assessment for effective monitoring and control for the functional fitness of athletes.
