The research objects - the coastal water areas of the north-western part of the Black Sea and Grygorievsky estuary, different in character anthropogenic pressure. The aim of research was to estimation of the quality of the marine environment based on a modern, integrated and economic effective methods of bioassay and bioindication quality marine environment using aquatic organisms of different systematic levels. The report contains the results of bioassay and bioindication quality of the marine environment of the Odessa coastal zone and Grygorievsky estuary derived from physiological and morphological studies, systematic, quantitative, and saprobiological indicators of benthic organisms (mussels and algae-microphytes) and comparative assessment of changes in the ecological status of coastal water areas in 2014 and in the long-term dynamics. Received complex scientific information about modern ecological state of the investigated marine environment can be used as in the regulation of the sea coast environmental management and for environmental education of the population, etc.
