Used an integrated approach for the analysis of the technical condition of the equipment to the site of the primary cooling of coke oven gas. The mathematical model of the parameters of technogenic safety was developed. The "fault tree" and Boolean identities was developed. The mathematical model of calculation of the primary cooling gas and pipelines at gas stage of operation was developed. Proposed measures to improve the reliability and efficiency of the equipment, and reduce the environmental hazards. The economic rationale of the one of the ways was given.
