The object of study - state mechanisms for combating the crisis in the Ukrainian society. Purpose - Developing a mechanism for predicting the crisis in modern society by using tools for geospatial and statistical analysis. Research methods - analysis of theoretical and methodological foundations of the crisis Ukrainian society; using standard procedures of content-analysis to select text templates; Mathematical modeling of the crisis; cluster analysis; time series analysis; geospatial and statistical analysis for data from digital maps In this work the theoretical and methodological foundations crisis Ukrainian society. The model that getting signs of crisis on the basis of the so-called "text patterns." is created.Classifier of signs for social threats is built and the structure of the data-bound heobazy coded signs to certain regions and map coordinates Ukraine is created on its base. Proposed and implemented a new method of cluster analysis for events that describe the characteristics of social threat in the region. The model of time series analysis based on statistical information on events in the region is rea;ized. Recommendations for the use of work - the results of the report is advisable to apply the governing body forces of law and order during the execution of the service and combat missions to ensure internal security.
