Principles of system parameters management of mining operations conducting on the base of combination of information technologies of geomechanical monitoring and operating mode of mining equipment on resource-saving and safety conductions of mineral deposits extraction conduction are developed. Regularities of changing of massif stress-strain state at underground and open-pit methods of iron-ore extraction are established. Analysis of factors that determine gas emission in coal seams is given. Prediction methods of natural gas-bearing of coal seams are considered. Analysis of modern prediction methods of gas emission according to standard documents is executed. Method of stress-strain state evaluation of workings condition around disjunctive faulting is substantiated.
