Condensation of 3-hydroxy-1,2-dihydro-3H-1,4-benzodiazepine-2-ones with acid chlorides of carboxylic acids obtained new derivatives of 3-acyloxy-1,2-dihydro-3H-1,4-benzodiazepine-2-ones in the acyl residues containing cyclohexane deputy. XRD set to a molecular structure of three compounds show that the compounds studied have conformation characteristic of 1,2-dihydro-3H-1,4-benzodiazepine-2-ones. A series of 2-piperazinohinazolines - fibrinogen receptor antagonists that exhibit antiaggregant properties. The synthesized compounds to inhibit the platelet aggregation rates ІC50 from 10-8 to 10-6 mol / L. A number of compounds of this series exhibit analgesic properties. XRD established molecular structure3-Вос-amino-N-[2-(4-Вос-piperazine-1-il)-4-oxo-3,4-dihydro-quinazolin-6-yl] -propionamide.
