Multidirectional experimental, clinical study of pharmocological qualities of decamethoxin, decesan, septefril, horosten were carried out. Physical and chemical methods of quantitive determination of decamethoxine in it's remedies were investigated. Cilinical study of practical implementation of the new effective remedy septefril was carried out for decreasing of pathogens' antibioticresistance by the way of its prophylactic use.
