Object of research - the state of methodological support of consequences prediction of hazardous chemicals discharge (release) in case of accidents at potentially hazardous objects and transport. Subject of research - the advantages and disadvantages of methods of consequences prediction of hazardous chemicals discharge (release) in case of accidents at potentially hazardous objects and transport, as well as detection of ways of improvement the regulatory framework on this issue. Purpose - to analyze and create methodological database of consequences prediction of hazardous chemicals discharge (release) in case of accidents at potentially hazardous objects and transport. The method of research - analytical approach. According to the results of research work it is developed proposals for amendments to the methods of consequences prediction of hazardous chemicals discharge (release) in the case of accidents at chemically hazardous objects and transport and on their basis it is prepared Methodology of the consequences prediction of dangerous chemicals substances discharge (release) in case of accidents at chemically hazardous objects and transport. This technique enables long-term (operational) prediction and emergency forecasting of pollution scale in the case of accident of hazardous chemicals discharge (release) from technological capacities at chemically hazardous objects, road, river, railway and pipeline transport. The technique can be used for calculating of contamination scales in case of accidents in maritime transport, if the cloud of hazardous chemicals can get coastal areas where the population lives.
