It is shown that depending on the thickness of the nanostructured silicon films and changing its type conductivity, which opens prospects for the practical application of nanostructured silicon in nanoelectronics. By reaction hot pressing was synthesized new laminate cermet composite with layers based on titanium diboride and titanium. On the basis of thermodynamic calculations the optimal composition of the reaction mixtures for the synthesis of ceramic composite materials HfB2 - SiC and B4C - AlB2 was defined.
