Dynamics of formation of apoptotic membrane vesicles containing nuclear components and molecular composition of the vesicles was established. In addition, the estimated content of DNA and histones in vesicles were investigate, as well as  the dynamics of their formation. The release of nuclear components of the apoptotic cells through membrane vesicles was quantified and dynamics of membrane vesicles populations based to their sizes were determined. The effect of antihistone antibodies on phagocytosis of opsonised secondary necrotic cells was detected.
