The purpose of the work which was planned is work with materials which would do a substantial contribution into creation of general conception of formation and reservation of biodiversity; theories of changeability and ontogenesis. The biological value of the phenomenon of biodiversity does not cause a doubt, as well as that research him have to conducted at all levels of organization of living and in different aspects. Within of such biological problem a morphological variety (in this case vertebrates) was examined as a constituent of biodiversity of life forms in general. The objects of research have become the representatives of four classes of vertebrates (mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians). Methods, traditional for evolutional-morphological and embryological researches were used. For quantitative description and analysis of materials one- and multidimensional statistical methods were involved.
