Object of research - public relations arising in the implementation and management of law enforcement activities in the field of taxation. Purpose - based on analysis of scientific sources and development, generalization of law enforcement regulatory and law enforcement agencies in the field of taxation, domestic and foreign legislation and experience in administration of public bodies that perform similar functions, identify and investigate deficiencies and defects management and law enforcement in the area Tax and develop recommendations for improving legislation in this area and increase the efficiency of this activity. Methods - research work is based on the use of the totality of techniques and methods of scientific knowledge, which directed a systematic approach that allows to solve tasks, taking into account their social and practical significance for the activities of state fiscal service of Ukraine The main results consist in the definition and establishment of content management and enforcement activity in the field of taxation in the emerging service concept of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, development of proposals to improve information management and legal support and enforcement activity in the field of taxation, ordering guarantees of legality of administrative and enforcement activity in the field of taxation. Results of research introduced in the educational process of the National University of the State Tax Service of Ukraine. Projected assumptions about the object of study - amending current legislation, further research and development in improving the management and enforcement activity in the field of taxation.
