Research object concerns the public policy. This article analyzed the new standards implementation of state administration through the application of public policy mechanisms, determined the specifics of public administration modernization in Ukraine in the context of public policy formation, investigates the European experience of public policy system and administration reforming in order to improve the efficiency of national system of public administration, analyzed the role of civil society in the public policy development in Ukraine.
