Available synthesis methods developed previously undescribed in the literature and 1,3,7,8 - tetra-substituted xanthine derivatives condensed - potential biologically active compounds.The methods of elemental analysis, TLC , ICH- , PMR- , mass spectra of the synthesized compounds were identified. First obtained Data of the diuretic , antioxidant , antihypoxic , analgesic , anti-inflammatory , actoprotective , neurotic , endotelioprotektornoy , antimicrobial , antifungal , neuroprotective , cholesterol-lowering activity of the synthesized compounds and their toxicity. Established certain patterns of communication " structure -action " in a systematic series of test substances. According to the results of biological studies identified compounds that after further research may find use as antioxidants , analgesics , anti -hypoxic , actoprotective , endoteliyprotektornyh , neuroleptics , anti-microbial , anti-fungal , neuroprotective , cholesterol-lowering drugs.
