3. An object of research of -transformation nitrogen and phosphorus, humus substances and biogenic elements is in the system " soils-fertilizer- inoculate - soils waters-plants"; parameters of principal items of balance of nitrogenand phosphorus. A purpose of work -на basis of researches in the field stationary experience and stationary lisimetric datestamping complex estimation to the fertilizers and biologics at the one-sided bringing and in united. To workout the model of optimal parameters of growing of the field cultures with the maximal level of biologizing. Research methods - the field and lisimetric experience, laboratory generally accepted methodologies of agrochemical researches, is statistical are methods of analysis of variance. Results of researches - on the basis of model of optimal parameters of growing of the basic field cultures with the use of biologics it is set for the zone of Polesye, that inoculation allows to replace the dose of technical nitrogen and phosphorus microbial preparations 20-30 kg/ hа by д.р. foods of vital functions of microorganisms without reduction of size to the productivity and quality of cultures in the specialized crop rotations. The inoculation of seed optimizes balance of biogenic elements in the system " soils-fertilizer - plant " and assists more effective use of elements of feed of soil and fertilizers. Under the action of inoculation of loss of nitrogen in force of infiltration go down on to a 18-30 calcium on 30-40, on 15-20 the Worked out model provides economic magnesium effect on sod-podzolic soils on the whole on a crop rotation, net profit 5,4 thousand UAH/hа and the level of profitability 234 recoupments of inoculate fold 7-13 UAH/ UAH.
