Developed constituent elements of the conservation and management of species gene pool based on the methodology of functioning bank of genetic resources of farm animals at the cellular level using methods embryological genetics. An integrated approach is designed to address the preservation of the gene pool of farm animals through cryopreservation of gametes systematic approach to evaluate their ability to fertilize in vitro. Reviewed sustainability and further development of pig oocytes outside the body of various species. Developed components of complex analysis in vitro semen of domestic breeds of sires based on the methodology of functioning bank of genetic resources of farm animals at the cellular level using methods embryological genetics.
