Free abscisic acid accumulation in root system of cold-tolerant winter wheat variety Volodarka plants under hypothermia conditions was shown. High temperature caused free IAA accumulation in overground parts of Yatran 60 plants. NO donor sodium nitroprusside (SNP) caused arabidopsis wild type plants salt tolerance increase inducing their enzyme antioxidant system. Salicylate-deficient transformants NahG differ by higher base tolerance to salt stress as compared with wild type plants. The activity of antioxidant enzymes in treated with SNP plants transfomants NahG was higher as compared with untreated ones under salt stress. The induction of protective systems under NO in salicylate-deficient arabidopsis plants NahG indicates the essential role of alternative (salicylic acid accumulation independent) pathways of NO signal transduction in genetic apparatus during NO-dependent adaptive reactions formation.
