The object of the study is processes of identification of the state of adaptation capacities of adolescents with heart disease with use of technologies, mathematical modeling tools, and systems analysis, available in a database of clinical data precedents. The aim of the study is development of mathematical models for identification of systems adaptive capacities of adolescents with heart disease and development of software prototypes for mathematical and algorithmic support of the information technology of system identification of adaptive capabilities of this adolescents' group. Methods of the study: formalized description of aspects of the structure and dynamics of adaptive capacities of adolescents with cardiac pathology allowing to select diagnostic tools followed by selection of an optimal treatment strategy. The results and their topicality: the mathematical models created for identification and software prototypes of mathematical and algorithmic support of information technology for identification of systems of adaptive capacities of adolescents with heart disorders have developed with the help of the models of system dynamics, developed in V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, which allowed one in general and explicit manner to present the dynamics of a number of natural systems, including human adaptive capabilities. Stage of implementation: on the base of fundamental results obtained in framework of the study, two inventions have been developed, in respect of which there is decision to grant a patent for utility model of Ukraine; these inventions have been implemented in the Department of Pediatrics and Rehabilitation, Department of Cardiorheumatology of the Public Institution " ICAHC of NAMS". Besides, by-product of the study is two patents of Ukraine for utility model. The use of the patents in ecology enables elimination of biological threats for different types of water consumption, which may arise as a result of man-made disasters, military actions and so on.
