Peculiarities of functioning of monitoring system of heavy metals distributions in the matter of atmospheric and water flows were shown, as well as the possibility of remote environmental assessment of the upper layer of sediments with the help of sonar equipment. Samples natural material were selected, comprehensive analysis of that samples allowed to determine pre-trends in the relationship of time transformation of antropgenic substances in sediment flows and of their distribution in a range of environments.
