Object of research - process of monitoring and evaluation of investment projects aimed at the use of secondary energy resources in an industrial enterprise. Subject of research - theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations forming tools for monitoring and evaluation of secondary energy resources use investment projects in an industrial enterprise. Methods: synthesis, classification, subject-object, cause-effect relationships; systematisation, compilation, synthesis and expert evaluations; economic, financial analysis, economic and statistical analysis methods. The information base of the project is the applicable laws and regulations, scientific sources, the data State Statistics Service of Ukraine, reports of industrial enterprises and their own research. Research aimed at solving the problem of increasing investment projects of the production of biofuels management efficiency. Research solved applied scientific task for develop the scientific foundations and methodological tools for monitoring and evaluation of investment projects on the use of "secondary energy resources" in the system of control activities and the development of industrial enterprises.
