The purpose of the work is to develop and provide the departments of the state executive service of the State Technical University of Ukraine in Kyiv with scientifically substantiated enlarged labor standards to determine the optimal number of employees. The analysis of the current norms for calculating the complexity of the implementation of work by the employees and heads of internal combustion engines GTUY in Kiev, including Resolutions of the CMU "On Establishment of the Number of Employees of the Bodies of the State Bailiffs' Service" dated September 8, 2016 No. 620 and "Some Issues of Approval of the Limitations of the Employees of the Apparatus and Territorial Bodies of the Central Bodies of the Executive Power, Other State Bodies" dated April 5, 2014, No. 85. The information on the organization of examination of norms and norms of labor, operating in the institutions of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the State Technical University of Kyiv in Kyiv, is systematized, summarized and prepared.
