Name: Method of diagnostics and treatment of genitourinary disorders in women in perimenopause. Abstract. Object: 350 women of menopausal age, 40 with physiological and 44 patients with surgical menopause. Methods: clinical-paraclinical, hormonal, biochemical, ultrasonographic, sexologic. The model of prophylaxis and treatment of urogenital malformations and sexual dysfunctions in women in perimenopause is substantiated and the algorithm of early diagnostics of this pathology is developed. The effectiveness of therapeutic measures is 96%.
